Tracy Tracker, current Chairperson and Managing Director of AGeiS Group of Companies had been founder of AGeiS Global back in Seattle, USA. She takes care of American and European business of IT and Business Consulting segment. Tracy is a Software Engineer who is a Harvard University alumni of Business management. She is the Business Architecture of AGeiS with her more than 25 years of rich business governance exposure across the globe. AGeiS’s Financial Information System Software AGeoN is her brainchild.
Anirdam Ghosh
Global CHRO and Vertical CEO
AGeiS was co-founded by Anirdam Ghosh during December 2008. He continues serving AGeiS in Asia, Asia-Pacific, Africa and significantly in Gulf till January 2015 as Chief Operating Officer and P&L Owner of the business. He re-joined AGeiS during October 2021 and converted AGeiS into a MNC Conglomerate with 6 different SBUs under the flagship with 8 global presence. He is the standing Global CHRO of the Group and Vertical CEO of AGeiS Consulting Division of Asian and African Business. He is University of California, Berkeley alumni & Alumni of University of Toronto from Business Administration stream.
Raghavendra
Director of Business
Raghavendra is the Director of Business – Asia Pacific, centered in Dubai. He is serving AGeiS since 2012. He developed Non-Consulting business in Asia and Africa of $30 Million with a diversified team under his belt. He is an IIT, Kharagpur alumni of Electronics and Communication stream.
Ruchira
Chief Marketing Officer
Ruchira is the Chief Marketing Officer of the Group based out of Dubai, UAE. She is associated with AGeiS since 2014. She started her journey as a Relationship Manager in India. Ruchira is an IIT, Kanpur alumni from Business Administration stream.
Sunil Despande
Chief Financial Officer
Sunil Despande is the Chief Financial Officer of the Group being based out of Bangalore, India. Sunil brings a dynamic techno-financial exposure of 25 years from corporates. He started his AGeiS life during 2010 from Seattle, USA as Senior Finance Manager. He is a Chartered Accountant by professional qualification and also MBA in Finance from University of Bangalore.
